Terms of Service

By accessing or using Intronect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Intronect. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@intronect.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Intronect to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (e) submit false or misleading profile information.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Intronect allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., The Main Frame). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and share data from those services. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party service changes or outages.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology in Intronect are owned by or licensed to Intronect, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any search results or profile data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intronect, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
